Haru Support
Haru is a free, unofficial companion to the Korean Switch On Diet, adapted for US groceries and restaurants. It helps you follow the 28-day program — what to buy, what's allowed in each phase, and your daily checklist. Haru is not medical advice and makes no health or weight-loss claims.

Have a question, found a bug, or want to make a privacy request? Email us at domenyck@schweyer.tech.
Because Haru accounts are anonymous, we can't look you up by name or email — so please describe your question or issue in as much detail as you can. We're a small team and aim to reply within a few business days.
Frequently asked questions
How do I start the program? Open Haru and follow the setup to choose your start date (we suggest the upcoming Monday). You can also begin on a past or future date if you prefer.
How do I log meals, shakes, and fasting? On the Today tab, tap each meal or shake to mark it done, skipped, or missed. On fasting days, mark the fast complete when you finish.
What's the difference between "Start over" and "Delete my data"? Start over (Profile → Start over) ends your current 28-day cycle so you can set up a new one; your account stays. Delete my data (Profile → Delete my data) permanently erases your account and all your program data from our servers — this can't be undone.
I reinstalled the app and my progress is gone. Your progress is tied to an anonymous account stored on your device. Removing the app clears that, so reinstalling starts a fresh account, and previous data can't be recovered. Keep this in mind if you're switching devices.
The app won't load my data. This is almost always a connection issue — check your internet and reopen the app.
Where do I find the app version? Profile → About.
Privacy & your data
You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time from Profile → Delete my data. To make any other privacy request (such as access or deletion), email us at the address above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Note: deleting the app from your device does not delete your data from our servers — use Delete my data in the app first.
Health & safety
Haru is an unofficial companion to a published diet program and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing diabetes with medication, under 18, or have a history of an eating disorder.
