Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us in the following contexts:
- Contact form: When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and any message content you provide.
- Client portal accounts: If you are an authorized client, we store your name and email address to grant you access to the client portal and associated documents.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Send magic link authentication emails to portal users
- Provide secure access to client-specific documents and resources
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sample Tools
Our public sample tools (available under /samples) accept file uploads for conversion. Files are processed entirely in memory by our serverless functions and are never written to disk, object storage, or any logging system. Anonymous usage is rate-limited by a hashed IP key; we do not store raw IP addresses.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website:
- Hosting provider: Our website and serverless functions are hosted on a cloud platform. Your requests may be processed by their infrastructure.
- File storage: Client documents and portal data are stored in a private cloud database and blob storage service. Access is restricted to authenticated users only.
- Email provider: We use a transactional email service to deliver authentication emails. Your email address is passed to this provider solely to send the magic link.
- Analytics: Our public marketing pages use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. See Cookies & Analytics below for details and how to opt out.
Cookies & Analytics
Our public marketing pages use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic patterns — which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics can set first-party cookies (for example, _ga) in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Analytics runs only on our public marketing pages. We do not load analytics inside the authenticated client portal, so your activity within the portal is never sent to Google.
Analytics cookies are off by default. We load Google Analytics with consent denied, so no analytics cookie is set unless you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: .
You can opt out by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on or by using your browser controls to block or clear cookies. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain client portal account information for as long as the engagement is active. Contact form submissions may be retained in our email inbox for a reasonable period to facilitate follow-up. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
